Hey! My name is Caitlin, and this is my book review blog, Long Story Short. I am 19 years old and am just getting started blogging. I have loved to read ever since I was a little girl, and have been writing my own reviews for quite some time in a book journal. However, I have never posted them anywhere and wanted to start sharing my opinions with other book lovers. I don't have a lot of big readers in my life, so I want to create a community where I could connect with people with a similar passion for reading!

There are multiple features of this blog that help you find your next read! I post all about what I'm currently stocking my shelves with and new bookstores I'm traveling too. This blog is split into 2 categories: book reviews and features, which highlight some bookish activities I'm up to!

 

As for a bit more about myself, my favorite genres are young adult, fantasy, and dystopian. I am a sucker for anything enemies-to-lovers. My top favorite books as of now are probably the Once Upon A Broken Heart, Fourth Wing, the Powerless trilogy, and The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue.
